The Board of Directors

The Board of directors is responsible for providing governance and oversight over the strategy, operations, and management of Patrison. The primary mission of the Board is to represent and protect the interests of our shareholders. The Board oversees our senior management, to whom it has delegated the authority to manage the company’s day-to-day operations.

Code of Ethics

Our Code is organized with six fundamental behaviors. It applies to all our people and every patrison business entity regardless of their title or location. Third parties are also required to comply with our Code when acting on our behalf.

We comply with all laws, whether local, national, or regional. Patrison people, and those acting on our behalf, are responsible for understanding the applicable rules and must work with Legal to ensure compliance.
